These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zs999e ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the zs999e website at https://zs999e.cam and any associated mobile or digital applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, bonus terms, game rules or policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. zs999e reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms unless the context otherwise requires:

Registration on zs999e is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. Age verification may be required at any point.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your country, province or locality. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform or online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account closed for misconduct on the zs999e Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, consultant, agent or affiliate of zs999e or any entity directly associated with the operation of the Platform.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. zs999e reserves the right to void bets, freeze funds and close Accounts where third-party payment sources are identified.

Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may feature as deposit options in the live cashier. The inclusion of any payment method name does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by that provider, nor does it guarantee availability at any given time. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Users should consult the live cashier for current limits. Deposited funds are held for betting and gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the related real-money balance is released for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.

• zs999e reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly where unusual activity or large amounts are involved.

zs999e does not guarantee any specific processing time for withdrawals and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking networks or regulatory requirements beyond the Platform's control.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by zs999e are subject to specific terms published at the time each promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

The following general rules govern the placement and settlement of bets on the zs999e Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is confirmed only once acknowledged and accepted by the Platform. Confirmation is the User's responsibility to verify before leaving the bet placement screen.
• Bets placed at obviously erroneous odds (manifestly incorrect prices resulting from a technical error, data feed malfunction or human error) may be voided at the Platform's sole discretion, regardless of the stated outcome.
• Maximum single-bet and maximum payout limits apply per sport, market and event. These are published within the relevant market and may be amended at any time without notice.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to data-feed availability and Platform discretion. The Platform reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets accepted during a suspension due to technical error may be voided.
• Settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, the ICC for international fixtures). Any subsequent result revision — such as a no-ball review or umpire correction — that occurs after settlement will not generally alter the original settlement decision unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Registering multiple Accounts, sharing Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, forged or otherwise inaccurate identity documents during KYC.
• Using automated software, betting bots, AI-driven tools or any other scripted mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users, Platform employees or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or underpublished vulnerabilities in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks or unauthorised payment-method use.
• Systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage or any strategy designed exclusively to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel.

All content on the zs999e Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, data and compiled databases — is the intellectual property of zs999e or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse-engineering, scraping or commercial use of Platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs999e's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zs999e shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity or indirect, consequential or special damages arising out of Platform use.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data-feed errors, network outages or force majeure events beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Bets lost or settled unfavourably as a result of the User's own decisions, including reliance on odds presented during a technical fault.
• Any financial or legal consequences arising from a User's breach of applicable local law in accessing or using the Platform.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking networks or regulatory requirements.

zs999e reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• A User's self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gambling policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements applicable to the Platform or the User's jurisdiction.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login or betting activity for a period specified in the Platform's dormant account policy may be subject to administrative fees or closure, with advance notice provided to the registered email address.

Upon permanent closure for cause, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms. Where closure occurs without cause attributable to the User, the verified real-money balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be returned via the User's registered payment method.

If you believe that an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet, the crediting of a bonus or any other aspect of your Account, you must raise a formal dispute through the Platform's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of the event in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

zs999e reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered Users through their account or registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated, as published in the Platform's licensing disclosures.

The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your local jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under consumer protection legislation applicable in your place of residence.
